What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead a service team or coordinate projects, use workforce and KPI data to improve SLAs, and streamline workflows through coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication.

I’m an organized and results-driven professional with experience in team leadership, project coordination, workforce analysis, and public relations. I focus on managing high-performing service teams, streamlining workflows, and using data to support informed decisions and meet service excellence standards for global e-commerce partners.

Most recently, as a Team Leader - Supplier Service Desk at CENNOS ASIA (2024-PRESENT), I lead and mentor a service desk team to support Wayfair’s global supplier network, monitor team KPIs and SLAs, and act as the primary escalation point for complex issues through cross-functional collaboration. Earlier, I worked as a Project Coordinator at B13 TECHNOLOGY and as a WFM/HRIS Administrator at CONCENTRIX VN/NOVAGROUP, where I optimized SAP SuccessFactors and analyzed workforce data to improve operational productivity.
