What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a People Ops and L&D role where I can design onboarding and recruitment systems, run cross-functional HR projects, and scale AI-augmented workflows—so teams move faster with measurable quality and satisfaction.

I’m an L&D and people-operations specialist with cross-functional experience spanning training, recruitment, and HR project management at Hasaki Vietnam, a 300+ store beauty retailer. I led the company-wide onboarding program, logging 1,452 training evaluations with a 4.78/5 satisfaction score, and helped set up onboarding enablement through a trainer pipeline and mentorship approach.

As HR project manager for Hasaki’s first US store launch (California), I owned end-to-end people setup “from zero,” including an employee handbook, onboarding roadmap, benefits design, vendor stack, and California-specific compliance. I also differentiate my practice with AI-augmented workflows—building an org-wide AI document workflow and pioneering AI fluency and tool-building that now supports teams across 5 functions.
