What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an SDR role in SaaS where I can run multi-channel outbound to qualify BANT opportunities, manage Salesforce/HubSpot pipeline hygiene and reporting, and keep learning fast—ideally with coaching/leadership growth for SDRs.

I’m an English-speaking SDR with 4+ years of experience supporting SaaS companies offering Coud, data, and AI solutions across APAC and U.S. markets. I’m skilled in multi-channel outbound—LinkedIn, email, cold calling, Zalo, and WhatsApp—to engage decision-makers, generate qualified pipelines, and drive revenue growth.

I manage CRM execution for pipeline tracking, data hygiene, reporting, and opportunity lifecycle support using Salesforce and HubSpot. I lead with strong BANT discovery and opportunity qualification, and I’ve supported early-stage sales enablement across roles and stakeholders ranging from IT and Data teams to Growth, Performance, Social Media, CMO-level, Sales, eCommerce, Operations, and Finance. Beyond individual contributions, I currently lead a team of SDRs, driving overall performance through coaching, strategic guidance, and comprehensive KPI management.
