What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or administrative coordination role where I can improve processes, support teams through clear documentation and logistics, and use Excel and Power BI to strengthen reporting and operational decision-making.

At TUI, I coordinate office operations, staff logistics, supplier processes, documentation, flights, HR support, visas, accommodation, uniforms, car rentals, and device allocation for around 70 seasonal staff. I also act as a liaison between local teams, the central HUB, international teams, and source markets.

I use Excel and Power BI to analyse operational data, support reporting and process improvement, and maintain accurate internal systems. I create templates, guides, reference materials, and step-by-step training documentation that improve consistency and knowledge sharing.

My background also includes customer support at GenderGP and Majorel, SEO work at Appen, and scientific research and life sciences support. I bring clear communication in Portuguese and English, confidentiality awareness, and practical experience resolving operational requests efficiently.
