What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can improve administrative processes, support customers and teams, use digital tools, and continue developing in operations, data, or digital business.

I've supported operations at Tecnifir by preparing fire-safety budgets, managing invoices, contracts, maintenance data, suppliers, and customer communications while contributing to digital process improvement. Previously, at Teleperformance Portugal, I helped EMEA small and medium-sized businesses use digital advertising tools in Portuguese and English, resolving technical issues and earning Top Performer recognition.

I've also helped develop and run Feminina Beauty Center, managing administration, finance, scheduling, suppliers, stock, and social media marketing.
