What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations, logistics, quality, or administrative support role where I can organize workflows, improve processes, coordinate teams, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

I've supported Concentrix Portugal's Investor Disclosure operations by training new teams, managing process quality, and producing onboarding materials for 10 hiring waves.

In Data Management, I produced official documentation for fund management firms, prepared and verified Regulatory Reports, and maintained quality and compliance within client deadlines. I also supported international client communication, evaluated performance, and aligned quality priorities with Team Leaders.

Before moving into financial-sector operations, I spent eight years at Grupo Bandeirantes de Comunicação coordinating production, editing, schedules, and teams of around 50 people for daily television programs and live broadcasts. I enjoy structuring processes, anticipating issues, and keeping complex work on time and to a high standard.
