I am a dedicated professional with a Diploma in General Developmental and Industrial Psychology from Berea College of Technology. My educational background has equipped me with valuable insights into human behavior, which I apply in my work to enhance customer interactions and service delivery.

In my previous roles, I have honed my skills in customer service and teamwork. As a Call Centre Agent at Ignition, I managed a high volume of inquiries, providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction. My experience as a waiter at Wimpy further developed my ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent service.

Additionally, my volunteer work at Spearman Road Primary School allowed me to foster student engagement and develop my leadership skills. I am passionate about helping others and continuously seek opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
