I'm an IT Support Specialist at Acordis International Corp, where I lead technology operations and implement solutions that improve business processes and efficiency.

I deploy endpoint protection with Trend Micro Security Agent, conduct Security Lifecycle Reviews using Palo Alto Networks tools, and monitor Barracuda Email Gateway Defense against phishing, malware, and spam. I also investigate suspicious emails, maintain security reporting and audit trails, and train users to recognize phishing attempts.

Previously at Cyber Dental, I supported end users, managed service requests through Autotask, administered Mimecast email security, and handled software, operating system, antivirus, backup, and disaster-recovery needs. I'm eager to keep growing while making a significant impact through practical IT and security solutions.
