What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in hands-on IT support, systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity while helping users, improving provisioning, managing access, and securing Windows and Linux environments.

I provide hands-on IT support for National Employee Benefits Administrators, resolving hardware, software, printer, Microsoft Office, remote access, and VPN issues for users in person and remotely.

I built a PowerShell automation that streamlines workstation provisioning by staging required installers and resources from centralized network storage. I've also supported onboarding, access management, ticket documentation, and escalation workflows across JumpCloud, Jira, Snipe-IT, Google Workspace, and Vicarius.

I'm completing a BS in Information Technology while building Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, VLAN routing, MySQL, and role-based access control projects. Through blue-team and red-team cybersecurity competitions, I've secured compromised Windows and Linux environments and practiced vulnerability identification.
