I've led transformation, capability development, and AI adoption across NatWest Group, Barclays, and Bank of America, spanning mortgage operations, commercial lending, syndicated lending, credit cards, and consumer loans.

At Barclays, I led India Syndicated Lending operations for approximately 150 analysts and migrated more than 35,000 co-invest lending deals from ACBS to LIQ. I also owned change governance, audit readiness, risk training, and payments optimisation while maintaining operational stability during high-volume periods.

At Bank of America, I delivered operational-excellence initiatives against an annual US$2 million benefit target, improved Straight Through Processing, and reduced servicing turnaround time through Lean Six Sigma process redesign. I also identified a critical audit-control gap and received the Bank of America Platinum Award for the resulting mitigation plan.

I'm passionate about building practical operating models, developing global teams, and turning AI, Generative AI, and Copilot experimentation into governed operational improvements. Across India, the UK, and the Philippines, I've trained and certified close to 500 analysts and built training, quality, workforce management, and governance functions from the ground up.
