I’m a Management Consultant and AI Trainer with 10+ years of experience spanning artificial intelligence, business consulting, fintech, and banking. I specialize in training, evaluating, and fine-tuning Large Language Models through RLHF, SFT, RAG-based evaluation, and prompt engineering—built to improve reasoning, instruction-following, factual accuracy, and response consistency.

In enterprise AI programmes, I drive high-quality human feedback, response evaluation, and model validation while maintaining strong data standards across annotation and linguistic workflows. I also lead multilingual AI training and execute voice AI training, transcription, translation, and localization to strengthen performance across global markets.

Alongside AI work, I advise founders and leadership teams on business strategy, transformation, and operational excellence. I design and implement KPI/KRA frameworks, centralised business dashboards, SOPs, governance models, and performance management systems that make reviews structured and decisions data-driven.
