What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote appointment-setting or corporate customer service work where I can use CRM tools, live ticketing, data insights, and empathetic communication to improve customer experiences and support sales outcomes.

I've supported ClassPass customers through CCI Ethiopia using Zendesk Admin, live ticketing, Stripe, and Hex to resolve inquiries, process payments and refunds, and improve service workflows.

I delivered timely, empathetic remote support while meeting service-level agreements, using Outlook and Excel for communication, tracking, reporting, and data entry. In three months, I achieved 156 consumer upsells and 78 corporate upsells.

Previously at Yango, I led field sales officers through recruitment, onboarding, partner training, and market expansion. I helped recruit more than 230 drivers and contributed to over 800 trips in six months.
