At Qualtrics, I serve as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant, designing development experiences that help leaders translate strategy into culture and action.
Previously at Symetra, I co-designed a leadership model that earned a Gold Medal at the 2022 Brandon Hall Excellence Awards and built leadership programming, 360 feedback assessments, and a knowledge-sharing community reaching 1,500+ employees. I also led change-leadership workshops and partnered with DEI leaders to develop programs supporting underrepresented employees as ready-now leadership candidates.
Across Youfit Health Clubs, Exela Technologies, and Symetra, I've built learning functions, onboarding and blended-learning programs, leadership development experiences, and coaching practices for workforces of more than 3,000 employees.
