What I'm looking for

I’m seeking flexible, remote contract work across QA/QC, IAM, evaluation, and generalist operations or personal/executive assistant roles.

At Inland Revenue, I implemented role-based access control from the ground up, designing role and permission architecture and validating it against real user workflows. I also defined acceptance criteria and coordinated structured UAT to assess system outputs against technical and user requirements.
