I’m a Business Analyst who blends requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and agile delivery to turn business needs into workable digital solutions. I focus on clear functional requirements, practical documentation, and ensuring teams ship with confidence through strong UAT.

Through my industry placement on The Piggy Bank Project, I led a team of 5 to deliver technological solutions for an Australian startup and acted as the primary contact between the client and development team. I ran client meetings to uncover needs, pain points, and goals, then translated them into functional requirements.

I also managed end-to-end agile delivery—coordinating timelines, sprint priorities, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communications. On top of that, I developed and executed UAT test cases, identified defects, and supported successful deployment prior to product release.

More recently, as a Supervisor at Fishbowl in Melbourne, I’ve managed daily operations and improved service efficiency by turning operational issues into clear recommendations for management. I also contributed to GiveVICBack’s design team by developing social media branding to increase awareness for an aged care volunteering student organisation.
