I'm seeking permanent or contract opportunities where I can lead discovery, clarify complex requirements, improve processes, and support Agile delivery across digital, SaaS, and customer-facing platforms.

I've led business analysis for Cygnet One across compliance-driven tax technology, e-invoicing, SaaS, digital platforms, and custom e-commerce initiatives.

I run discovery workshops, analyse current-state workflows, and turn business and regulatory needs into Epics, User Stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, functional specifications, and process flows.

At Injala, I supported Kinetic, an insurance risk management SaaS platform covering applications, underwriting, policy lifecycles, and certificate issuance. I helped move manual and spreadsheet-driven workflows toward improved digital future-state processes.
