What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level desktop support or IT support role where I can troubleshoot end-user issues, document incidents clearly, build hands-on technical experience, and continue growing in IT and cybersecurity.

I've built and maintained a React-based internal software application, handling configuration and troubleshooting while developing my IT foundation.

I'm pursuing a B.S. in Information Technology at Western Governors University and hold the Google Cybersecurity Certificate.

In my current Operations Associate role at Task Force I & I, I resolve on-site issues across multiple locations, conduct routine checks, document findings, and escalate broader problems promptly.
