I am a Business Analyst with experience translating complex business and operational needs into practical technology solutions. My background includes business analysis and systems modernization work with Veterans Affairs Canada, the Government of Prince Edward Island, and Alberta Public Safety, as well as hands-on technology implementation and process improvement as a business owner.

In my government consulting work, I worked with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements, analyze existing processes and systems, map current and future-state workflows, identify gaps, develop requirements and acceptance criteria, and support Agile delivery, testing, data validation, and implementation. My experience includes legacy application modernization, identity systems, case-management environments, and complex data and information-sharing requirements.

More recently, as the owner of Street Side Market, I have applied those skills directly to real-world business operations. I have selected and implemented business systems, improved ordering and inventory workflows, worked with POS and accounting systems, investigated data and integration problems, worked with APIs and large product datasets, and translated operational needs into requirements for new software and automation.

I particularly enjoy working between business stakeholders and technical teams—understanding the real problem, turning it into clear requirements, and helping deliver a solution that works in practice.

I am currently based in Canada and am seeking a long-term remote Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or implementation role with an international team. I am comfortable working across time zones and am especially interested in systems modernization, process improvement, software implementation, and data-driven projects.
