I’m looking for a remote-friendly HR Operations / Onboarding role in healthcare, where I can own end-to-end onboarding, deliver HR systems training, improve SOPs and processes, and support globally distributed teams across time zones.

I’m an HR Operations and Onboarding Specialist with 5+ years of experience supporting remote healthcare organizations across globally distributed teams. I coordinate end-to-end employee and provider lifecycle processes, and I deliver onboarding and HR systems training that helps teams get productive fast.

In my most recent role, I managed onboarding for 100+ employees annually and supported credentialing for 50+ providers, helping reduce credentialing delays by 20%. As a primary HR point of contact across a 1,000+ employee workforce, I handled transfers, absences, status changes, and offboarding while maintaining accurate HRIS records.

I also focus heavily on process improvement—developing SOPs for onboarding, offboarding, and credentialing, and contributing to policy and procedure documentation. Earlier, I supported HR operations as an HR Assistant and HR Administrative Assistant, including onboarding coordination, HR queries, and attendance/leave tracking that fed into payroll and compliance needs.
