What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my account management, data analysis, and financial knowledge in a technology-focused role where I can improve client outcomes, optimize processes, and grow across fintech, markets, product, or data-driven operations.

At MyHeritage, I've achieved 120%–150% of quarterly targets by analyzing account health, retention trends, and client risk across high-volume portfolios. I use Excel, CRM workflows, and data analysis to qualify opportunities from a database of more than 10 million records and improve pipeline quality.

I've also mentored account managers, led a 35-person team in high-pressure IDF operations, and volunteer as an independent financial mentor, helping people build cash-flow models and practical budgets. My Technology Management studies connect my interests in financial technology, economics, data management, cloud computing, and GenAI.
