At Korbyt (formerly NFS Technology Group), I led 120+ SaaS implementations across enterprise and SMB customers, guiding work from discovery through configuration, UAT, training, go-live, and Customer Success handoff.
For a global law firm, I completed a configurable scheduling rollout across 50+ offices, coordinating Microsoft Exchange integration work and local workflow requirements. I also created a shared baseline configuration with office-specific adjustments, reducing implementation time and cost.
I’ve also supported executive leadership at CAE Oxford Aviation Academy Phoenix, coordinating calendars, communications, reporting, and confidential records. Across my roles, I’ve created implementation materials and delivered software training to help customers use and administer their systems.
