I am a customer-focused hospitality and support professional with hands-on experience in front desk operations, customer service, and content moderation. I have worked across Portugal in roles that required strong communication, problem-solving, and organization.

My background includes photo retouching and freelance photography work where I coordinated shoots, edited images, and produced photo books, alongside several customer-facing roles at large support centers and hospitality businesses. I consistently improved guest experiences by resolving issues, managing bookings, and maintaining accurate records.
