What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can support clients in French and English, resolve requests across phone, email, and chat, and contribute to strong customer satisfaction through organized follow-up and teamwork.

I've supported customers at ABL Outsourcing through email, and chat, helping with orders, inquiries, and operational issues in French and English. I coordinate with internal teams to resolve requests efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction.

I've also handled inbound and outbound prospect calls at Copilotas, scheduled appointments, updated CRM records, and managed customer operations at Drip Barber & Car Wash. Through freelance customer service work on Upwork, I've supported international clients with written communication and issue resolution.
