What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-first HR role where I can own employee experience end-to-end—recruitment, onboarding, HRIS and employee relations—partner with managers day-to-day, and keep improving processes with measurable impact.

I’m an HR generalist and HR Partner (Assoc. CIPD) with a genuine passion for people, culture, and building a great employee experience. I’ve worked across the full employee lifecycle—recruitment coordination, onboarding, HRIS management, employee relations, and engagement—in fast-moving, people-first environments.

I’m proud of measurable outcomes: I improved 90-day retention by 70% by redesigning the recruitment process, introducing personal CV screening and transparent first-stage calls to enhance the candidate experience. I also reduced HR queries significantly by replacing manual Excel tracking with HRIS (BrightHR) and rolling out employee self-service for faster, more accurate record-keeping.
