As an Independent HR Analytics Consultant, I design workforce analytics and capacity planning frameworks for small organisations. I build headcount trackers, utilisation dashboards, and demand–supply models that give leadership visibility into workforce health.

I designed and deployed AutoHR, an AI-powered hiring analytics and requisition management system that’s live with real client hiring pipelines. It automates candidate scoring and hiring funnel reporting.

At MediaMint, I built workforce mapping trackers and forecasting models that surfaced hiring gaps, surplus headcount, and backfill recommendations for HR and leadership. I also automated recurring people analytics reports and created Power BI and Looker Studio dashboards.

I managed and mentored two junior data analysts at MediaMint, overseeing data maintenance and dashboard creation. Earlier, at YASH Technologies Pvt Ltd, I built hiring analytics and workforce management MIS and supported workforce planning and resource allocation.
