At HCL Technologies, I supported Volvo Cars, Volvo Trucks, and Volvo IT portfolios, managing capacity planning, resource allocation, governance documentation, risk registers, and leadership reporting. I built Power BI dashboards for demand, utilisation, hiring pipelines, forecast versus actuals, RAG status, and executive KPIs.

Across global delivery environments in India, Europe, North America, Australia, and APAC, I've partnered with Delivery Heads, RMG, HR, Finance, vendors, and business stakeholders to improve workforce visibility and decision-making. My reporting work uses Power BI, Power Query, DAX, Advanced Excel, SQL, SAP HCM, SAP Fieldglass, and ATS platforms.

I began in engineering and IT recruitment, later leading RPO delivery, client accounts, recruitment analytics, and workforce governance. I bring a practical, data-driven approach to planning talent demand, strengthening reporting discipline, and supporting enterprise-scale operations.
