Previously at Accenture, I led ADP Global View payroll reporting automation, migrating 1,500+ legacy reports into a governed Power BI layer. I also led reporting transitions and developed standardized SuccessFactors reporting for recruitment, workforce, and compensation.

Engineered a centralized People Insights hub in Databricks and Power BI, unifying recruitment, headcount, attrition, and hiring metrics into role-based views. Implemented data-quality checks and refresh monitoring, and standardized People Analytics KPI definitions with HRBPs and Finance.
Led ADP Global View payroll reporting automation, migrating 1,500+ legacy reports into a governed Power BI layer. Orchestrated a payroll-reporting transition program and standardized SuccessFactors reporting packs for recruitment, workforce, and compensation.
Elevated the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central framework with advanced analytical models and self-service infrastructure. Stabilized North America payroll reporting after migration and led the NGTA Talent Acquisition reporting migration.
Standardized SAP HCM reporting for HR leadership and HR Business Partners, delivering consistent workforce metrics. Partnered with the Integration team to migrate HR data and reporting into BW and built BusinessObjects WebI dashboards.
Engineered a centralized HR data layer using SQL database and automated ETL processes, consolidating SAP and third-party inputs. Developed Tableau dashboards for HR leaders and rationalized more than 350 reports through automation.
