At VISA Steel Limited, I delivered manpower and performance analytics for hiring and workforce planning, maintained employee data in SAP HR, and supported recruitment. I also coordinated vendor upgrades to digital HR tools and handled bonus calculations and disbursements for contract staff.

In my Employee Retention Prediction project, I used Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost to compare models for predicting job-change intent. I evaluated models using recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC, then used feature importance to identify factors that could support retention planning.
