I am an empathetic resilient multilingual professional with over two decades of experience in software implementation, natural language processing, SaaS, and language teaching. I combine servant leadership and Agile project management with deep linguistic expertise - designing ontologies, taxonomies and data assets, leading remote cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable improvements in search relevance, incident management and operations at scale.
