What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and govern AI-enabled quality capability where rigorous engineering, measurable delivery outcomes and hands-on technical leadership are valued.

At Woolworths WIQ, I architected and built the organisation’s only Python-native end-to-end AI testing framework, bringing big data, API, UI and LLM evaluation into one production-approved stack.

I cut automation onboarding from around two months to under two days, saving 1,200–2,400 hours and up to $432K per cycle. I also built AI quality capabilities for hallucination, toxicity, RAG grounding, adversarial testing and traceable AI-assisted test generation, while re-architecting LLM evaluation based on a confirmed production defect in third-party tooling.

Previously, I led a 40-person onshore/offshore quality engineering function at TAL and developed a strategy at MLC Life that reduced annual technology expenditure by approximately $1M. I still write code regularly and focus on making delivery faster and cheaper without losing rigour.
