What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my hospitality operations, facilities, revenue management, and teaching experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment where I can coordinate teams, improve service delivery, and support learner or guest success.

I've managed rooms, revenue, front office, and guest services at Novotel Hotel and Howard Johnson's, using forecasting, rate management, OnQ, Opera, and ADP Payroll to support service levels and operational targets.

I also lead Human Resources courses at Toronto School of Management and Technology and have taught hospitality management at Lambton College and Evergreen College. I build course portfolios, strengthen curriculum delivery, support co-op coordination, and help students develop practical skills through career-oriented instruction.
