I've led hospitality businesses from concept to launch, including Alaska Highway Lodge, Munchies Market, Traders Inn, and Arco Baleno's Italian Restaurant.

At Boujis Boutique Resort and Dr. Frogs Restaurant, I directed operations, revenue optimization, budgeting, staffing, and talent development for a resort and restaurant generating approximately US$1 million to US$3 million annually.

I've also built and delivered higher-education learning experiences at Yorkville University, Create Career College, St. Lawrence/Alpha College, Vancouver Premier College, North Island College, and Royal Roads University. My work spans asynchronous online teaching, curriculum and assessment design, case-based learning, academic quality, and career readiness.

I'm completing an MSc in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence and bringing AI and data-driven approaches into education, business strategy, and organizational performance.
