I’m looking to build and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions end-to-end—owning ITSM/CMDB/CSM workflows, integrations, and scripting—while delivering reliable Dev→Test→Prod releases in a quality-driven environment.

I’m a ServiceNow Administration and Developer with 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Integrations, Custom Applications, and Agentic AI. I bring strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and both server-side and client-side scripting.

In my current role as Sr.Application Developer at Birlasoft, I work on Incident and CSM case workflows, automation, and UI customizations. I configure and customize UI Policies, UI Actions, SLAs, dynamic forms, and build Script Includes and REST integrations, while also leveraging Now Assist and AI Agent capabilities.

I’ve supported end-to-end SDLC delivery—including Dev→Test→Prod migrations with Update Sets—plus CMDB data modeling alignment and data migration using Import Sets and Transform Maps. I’m especially strong in debugging, troubleshooting, production support, and Go-Live readiness in large-scale enterprise environments.
