I’m looking for a customer advocacy/case management role where I can deliver bilingual, solutions-focused support, manage high-volume cases in CRM, and partner cross-functionally to improve processes, retention, and customer satisfaction.

I’m a results-driven, sales-oriented bilingual professional (English/French) with over 10 years of experience in customer advocacy, case management, sales support, and client relations across automotive, construction, and design industries. I focus on resolving complex customer concerns, managing high-volume cases, and building strong long-term relationships through clear communication.

In my current role as a Bilingual Customer Advocate / Case Manager at Percepta, I provide timely support to automotive clients and ensure escalated concerns are resolved efficiently. I manage cases from intake through resolution while maintaining accurate, detailed CRM documentation, and I collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and strengthen customer retention. I’m recognized for empathetic, solutions-focused service that keeps customer satisfaction high in both remote and in-person environments.

Previously, as a Sales Coordinator in flooring services, I managed manufacturing, delivery, and installation orders with accuracy using RFMS systems. I resolved order discrepancies, ensured timely order entry, monitored project progress, and reviewed job cost data to maintain pricing accuracy—while coordinating with vendors, installers, and internal teams to deliver strong customer service.

I also supported design and sales coordination through appointment scheduling, site visits, and project measurements, and I previously worked as a Sales & Design Consultant advising clients on bathroom layouts and color palettes and managing orders from consultation through completion.
