What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a client-first hospitality role where I can own front desk/overnight operations, strengthen guest and member relationships, and drive retention and growth—ideally with autonomy, clear service standards, and opportunities to improve team performance.

I’m a customer-focused hospitality professional with more than 3 years of experience in client relations, membership sales, and front desk operations across luxury and boutique settings. I’m known for building lasting client relationships, resolving issues quickly, and keeping service standards consistently high.

At American Swim Academy, I managed member accounts, processed memberships and payments, and identified service issues to improve member retention. I also partnered with management on service strategies and completed outbound calls for corporate promotions to increase new registrations and revenue.

In hotel roles, I’ve supported seamless guest transitions, handled reservations and inquiries, and owned nightly audit workflows to ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting. As the sole on-site staff member overnight at Nobu Hotel Palo Alto, I ran front desk functions independently, maintained a secure environment, and ensured smooth check-ins/check-outs; I also train new front desk agents. More recently, as Community Manager at MNT Studio, I’ve been the primary point of contact for members—overseeing front desk operations, scheduling, membership record management, and membership sales from inquiry through onboarding to meet and exceed retention and growth targets, while coordinating community engagement initiatives.
