Seeking a remote Hilton Customer Care or Guest Engagement position where I can resolve guest concerns, manage high-volume calls, process reservations, and support billing/financial reconciliation through strong communication.

I’m a hospitality and customer service professional with experience in Hilton front desk operations, night audit, guest relations, reservations, and remote customer support. I’m known for resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining Hilton brand standards in fast-paced environments.

At Hilton Grand Vacations, I handled check-in, check-out, reservation support operations, and high-volume phone calls. I processed payments, deposits, refunds, and guest folios, completed nightly audit procedures, reconciled daily financial transactions, and prepared nightly operational and financial reports for hotel management.
