My professional journey began as a Customer Support Representative, where I honed my communication and problem-solving skills. I transitioned into the textile industry, where I have developed a passion for optimizing production workflows and ensuring quality standards.

Currently, I serve as a Knitting Engineer at Delta Galil, where I take full ownership of the development knitting cycle. My role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, operating knitting machines efficiently, and collaborating with quality assurance teams to address deviations. I am committed to developing knitting programs that meet customer standards and ensure feasibility in bulk production, showcasing my ability to blend technical expertise with customer-focused solutions.

Prior to this, I worked as a Production Engineer at Globe Spinning & Dyeing, where I operated spinning and twisting machines, conducted maintenance checks, and analyzed workflows to identify bottlenecks. My diverse experience in customer service roles has equipped me with the skills to foster positive relationships and deliver exceptional service, making me a well-rounded candidate in the textile engineering field.
