What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end apparel development and production programs where I can strengthen supplier partnerships, solve technical risks early, and balance quality, cost, and production feasibility.

I've managed apparel development and production for KOTN Inc. and international customers including Galeries Lafayette, Simons, TYR, Zalando, LC Waikiki, and Puttman.

At KOTN, I managed development across 6–10 manufacturing partners and seasonal programs of 200K–250K garments, coordinating fit and sample development, lab dips, supplier communication, risk assessment, and pre-production approvals. I balance technical accuracy, quality, manufacturability, costs, and timelines while resolving recurring development and quality issues through root cause analysis.

My background also includes production efficiency analysis, line balancing, workflow improvement, fabric consumption, sourcing, costing, and supplier development. I'm especially drawn to practical development solutions that prevent rework, reduce production risk, and keep high-volume programs moving.
