What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a permanent or high-impact fractional/interim COO role where I turn chaos into operating systems, accelerate revenue faster than headcount, and install RevOps and governance to scale AI and technology businesses.

I build the operational engine that lets founders stop firefighting and start scaling. My focus is simple: take chaos and build systems out of it, grow revenue faster than headcount, and make commercial functions actually work.

I’m a technology executive with 25+ years running operations, sales, and growth functions across AI/ML, healthcare tech, SaaS, D2C e-commerce, professional services, and telecom. I’ve led P&L ownership and scaled teams in founder-led startups and large enterprises across Pakistan, UAE, USA, GCC, and Europe.

Most recently at Sarc MedIQ, I served as COO on a fixed-term engagement, rebuilding the sales motion from the ground up. I grew ARR by 309% in 8 months and took qualified pipeline from $85M to $200M+ by improving deal qualification and removing wishful-thinking forecasts, while raising ARR per employee by 74% through CRM cleanup and workflow automation.

I’ve also led growth and operations at scale—growing billable headcount by 130 FTEs at Addo AI, and expanding an org from 91 to 310 people at VentureDive without letting utilization slip, alongside profit and revenue improvements through pricing and service mix changes. I’m open to permanent and high-impact fractional or interim COO engagements where I can install RevOps, governance, and execution discipline.
