I’m a product and growth operations leader with 7+ years building products and systems that scale. I work at the intersection of product and business—owning roadmaps, mapping user journeys, running growth experiments, and shipping features that drive real impact. I’m known for spotting bottlenecks fast and using AI tools to turn ambiguous problems into measurable results across SaaS, insurtech, D2C, and e-commerce.

At Glow (B2B insurtech SaaS), I work directly with the CEO to make the sales-led growth engine run better. I’ve built and shipped internal performance dashboards using AI tools (improving SQL rates by 25% month-on-month), restructured delivery from monthly to weekly releases to increase shipping velocity, and acted as PM for the internal CRM. I also designed a new SDR system and scaled SDR hiring to hit Q1 targets of 40 hires in one month.
