I’m a results-driven SaaS professional with over 10 years of experience across Customer Success, Operations Management, SaaS Implementation, and Growth Operations. Nearly 7 years at Payactiv—one of the US’s leading FinTech and EWA platforms—where I progressed from Implementation Engineer to Senior Manager of Growth Operations. I’ve been recognized as Employee of the Year (2022) for driving measurable onboarding impact, including onboarding 2,000+ enterprise clients.
As a Senior Manager, I owned end-to-end sales funnel management, focusing on pipeline growth, win/loss analysis, territory design, quota setting, and compensation planning—working closely with the VP of Growth. I also led a full Salesforce CRM implementation, designing dashboards, automation workflows, and real-time reporting for senior leadership, while partnering with Marketing to streamline lead transitions. I delivered data-driven recommendations through weekly pipeline and growth update meetings and led hiring, onboarding, and training for Sales Operations and Enablement teams.
Earlier, I rebuilt company-wide operating rhythm as Senior Manager, SOPs—redefining processes across Account Management, Sales, Onboarding, Paycard, Escalations, Rollout, and Implementation, and implementing SOPs, SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and best practices across 8+ departments. I also built and led a 30-member Activations & Onboarding team from scratch, setting SLA standards and success metrics that became a benchmark, and I now bring an entrepreneur’s mindset as Founder & CEO of two AI-powered ventures.
