I'm looking to support and improve mission-critical enterprise applications, using incident management, RCA, automation, cloud platforms, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain reliable, SLA-driven services.

I've supported critical transaction, claims, billing, and digital payment systems for Walmart, HealthPlus Insurance, City Bank, and a telecom service provider. I investigate incidents, perform RCA, meet SLA targets, and work with development teams to resolve defects across enterprise applications.

I use SQL, Linux/UNIX, shell scripting, Java, AWS, IIS, Tomcat, WebLogic, ServiceNow, Jira, and monitoring platforms including Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, and Kibana. I've automated health checks, managed deployments, monitored batch jobs and databases, and reduced production impact through proactive troubleshooting and escalation management.
