I’m a Sales and Administrative professional with over five years of experience supporting sales teams, processing orders, managing inventories, and maintaining client relationships. In my current role at Remix Technologies Sdn Bhd, I generate quotations, invoices, and delivery orders using the IRS POS system. I also maintain customer records, follow up with clients, manage emails and calls, and support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales growth.

Previously, I strengthened revenue outcomes as a Sales Assistant at Trees and Sun Outdoor by delivering exceptional customer service, building rapport, and closing sales effectively. I operated POS systems, maintained a tidy store environment, and consistently exceeded sales targets through communication and interpersonal skills.

Earlier experiences include work as a Sales Specialist at Digi Telecommunications and Retail Sales Executive at Switch, where I handled cash and credit card transactions with accuracy, generated leads, and provided consultative recommendations to build long-term trust. I bring practical administrative abilities such as data entry, filing, correspondence, and office support, along with proficiency in Microsoft tools and spreadsheets.
