I’m looking for a role where I can support compliant account opening and KYC, reduce customer and operational risk, and use my communication and leadership strengths to improve service quality and manage escalations with accuracy.

I’m a banking professional with diverse experience across account opening, KYC processes, and operational compliance. In my current role with the National Bank of Egypt’s Account Opening Unit, I review account opening documents, manage KYC and data updates, and handle banking agency and signature updates—using FlexCube to support accurate processing. I’m known for analytical accuracy, strong communication, and ensuring my work aligns with banking standards.

Previously, I led team operations as a Call Center Team Leader at Banque Misr, monitoring suspicious transactions, managing escalated cases, and coordinating card operations and complaint handling. I’ve also driven results as a Sales Manager and strengthened operations through roles in medical representation, HR, and pharmacy operations management—bringing a consistent focus on customer service, reporting & documentation, and practical leadership.
