Muhammad Taqwa Mora Marpaung
@muhammadtaqwamoramar
Human Capital and training leader building scalable HR functions, onboarding systems, and performance-ready teams.
What I'm looking for
I lead human capital work end-to-end, translating organizational goals into structured training, competency frameworks, and measurable learning impact. I’m known for connecting assessment, onboarding, and promotion readiness so teams can ramp faster and progress clearly.
In my current role as Lead Human Capital Training & Organizational Development, I oversee training programs and professional certification, design onboarding using a 0–90 day framework, and refine performance and evaluation methods. I also build HR documentation that strengthens organizational design—job analysis, workload analysis, competency matrices, and Training Needs Analysis—to ensure the organization is properly resourced.
Previously, I served as Head of Project and Asset Management and concurrently built the Human Capital function at a Muhammadiyah-affiliated university during its foundational phase. I managed campus site surveys, tender lifecycles, and construction/renovation oversight, then set up people operations from scratch: recruitment, training and development, HR SOPs, compensation & benefits, and employee relations aligned with Indonesian labor regulations.
I also bring a strategy-and-community mindset from roles as Project Administrator, Business Strategy Specialist for MSME/start-up incubation, and Founder of a youth innovation and entrepreneurship social enterprise. I enjoy cross-functional execution—gap analysis, stakeholder management, and change enablement—so initiatives are sustainable, scalable, and impactful.
