What I'm looking for

Seeking a remote HR role where I can apply my 14+ years of Human Capital experience — talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and culture transformation — with strategic ownership and flexibility in how I work.

I’m a Human Capital leader dedicated to driving company culture through internal communications, employee engagement, and capacity building. I break barriers through cross-departmental collaboration, while developing people competence through learning and targeted development programs.

In my current role, I develop human capital strategies aligned to the organization’s mission and values, oversee talent acquisition and recruitment, and lead employee development across training, mentorship, and leadership pathways. I also manage employee engagement and retention initiatives, support change management through clear communication, and strengthen performance management with continuous feedback and improvement.
