At PT Argha Karya Prima Industry Tbk, I lead Human Resources Development. Before that, as Organization Development Section Head, I designed initiatives and tools across organizational development, performance management, HRIS, people analytics, talent management, engagement, and culture.
As People Development Section Head, I oversaw the learning process from training needs analysis and program design through delivery and evaluation, and guided a three-person team. I also served as an Associate Trainer in the Prakerja Program at Cariilmu.co.id.
At Perumda Pasar Jaya, I established PUSDIKLAT and developed learning programs, a talent management framework, and a Balanced Scorecard-based performance management framework. I also supported recruitment, including two Management Trainee batches that each selected 24 candidates from more than 1,500 applicants.
At KOMPAS GRAMEDIA, I helped create an e-learning system that reached 81% of Sales Supervisors across Gramedia Store locations in Indonesia. I hold an MBA in Human Resources & Organization from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Certified HR Manager BNSP credential.
