What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a managerial operations role where I can lead teams, optimize processes, and drive sales and supply-chain efficiencies in a collaborative, growth-oriented company.

I am a results-oriented operations and business leader with broad experience across tourism, logistics, retail and services, focused on driving customer satisfaction and achieving targets. I lead operations and sales functions, manage vendor relationships, and direct tour operations and cross-functional teams.

I have improved sales volume, developed documentation back-office and call-center processes, implemented SOPs, optimized procurement and inventory, and analyzed data to identify trends and opportunities using Python, SQL and Excel.
