I also developed supply chain SOPs, departmental policies, and operations manuals, and manage production planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management. I prepare supply chain KPIs and management reports for the Chief Supply Chain Officer.
Earlier, at Mapei Pakistan- CreteSol (Pvt) Limited, I contributed to developing sales and customer care systems and designed a management information system for senior decision-making. At LafargePakistanCement, I worked on operations reporting, sales forecasting, and system automation.
