What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own operations and digital marketing—turning ad and research insights into qualified leads, clear requirements, and reliable delivery through cross-functional collaboration.

I run Meta ads to generate inbound leads for doors and related products, and I own the full flow from customer inquiries and follow-ups to quotations, payments, and coordination through final installation. I track leads and delivery/installation progress to improve response time and operational control, while aligning factory, site teams, installers, and customers for smooth execution.

Before this, I strengthened my analytical and research foundation as an Associate Business Analyst at CureMD and an Associate Consultant at Akademos Research. I translate competitor and market findings into clear product artifacts (functional specifications, product requirement documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria), and I’ve led end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research—plus large-scale machine learning data annotation projects—by partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights on time.
